Ardan, working for the Alberto Castro Nunes & António Maria Braga Architects, was responsible for the Electricity, Telecommunications and Security Projects. It is a 19th century building reflecting his Owner's taste and filled with naïve details. Its patrimonial value needed delicate restoration and recovery work and a close and detailed coordination was required with other teams in search of its new use.
